Return and Refund Policy 

Just like I want to be satisfied when I make a purchase, I want the same for my customers.  My top priority is for you to be satisfied with your product and to recommend LUV2ISPYQUILT and my products to others.   I am only human and sometimes make mistakes.  I will diligently work with you to resolve the problem/issue.  Please, Please, do not leave a bad review before you have reached out to me for resolution.  Give me a chance to fix what is wrong.  

Your first step is to reach out to me by email at huffpz@luv2ispyquilt.com.    Please clearly state what the problem/issue is and the reason for the return.  I will see if I can offer a resolution.  If the matter is easily fixable, (for example  you got a duplicate print by mistake when they should have all been unique).   I will be happy to send a replacement charm square.  

Returns are only accepted for items priced items $40.00 and up.  Items priced at less than $40.00 are not eligible for return.  Items to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were shipped or a return will not be granted. The buyer must pay for shipping costs of returning item to the seller.  The refunded amount will include:  cost product plus taxes paid.  The original shipping charge will not be refunded.  If you have any questions about refunds, please email me at huffpz@luv2ispyquilt.com
